After reading plenty of articles on several sites I have to say that people are right, both inside and outside of the WWE, there have been entirely too many matches where the public has been victim to “Regurgitated Story Syndrome” in the light that there are far too many run-ins with some form of the combination of Triple H - John Cena - Randy Orton. The WWE desperately needs to push people like Evan Bourne, MVP, Jack Swagger, Carlito, and others to ensure that ratings, as well as gates for PPV and live events, do not take too bad a hit.
Triple H is as injury prone as Edge, Cena, or any performer that has been in the ring for over a five year tenure. He is beginning to look his age in the ring. Not that his in ring performances have taken a hit, they have not, his body just seems to be “throwing in the towel” so to speak. The fans are getting bored of it. I think a good thing to happen would be to bring back not only Shawn Michaels, but, ALL OF THE ORIGINAL MEMBERS OF D-Generation X (the only one I see the WWE having problems bringing back is Chyna because of her hatred of Vince)! I mean, it was a trifecta when D-Generation X first started out, the team was Chyna, Shawn, and Triple H. That expanded with the team of Road Dogg and Billy Gunn (collectively known as the New Age Outlaws), and the addition of Sean “X-Pac” Waltman to form a stable that really kicked ass! That would spike ratings if Vince wants ratings!
